Chest
Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the smallest part of your waist, generally located between the bottom of your rib cage and belly button. Should your waist measurements correspond with a different size to that of your hip measurement, we recommend selecting your size based on your waist measurement.
