FULL PRICED ITEMS
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with tags attached. You can choose a refund, credit, or exchange. This includes items purchased with a discount code.
INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES
International customers may submit return requests via our returns portal. Note:
- Return shipping and reverse duties are the customer’s responsibility.
- We recommend using a trackable delivery method and keeping the tracking number.

SALE ITEMS
- Outlet items: Eligible for credit or exchange unless faulty.
- Other sale items: Refunds or credit available within 60 days.
- Final sale items (e.g., 60% off): Not eligible for return.
RETURN FEE
Returns will incur a $15 feel. Our system provides return labels for Australian orders only. See above for international information.
