We produce premium denim and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

If you change your mind for any reason, we accept returns provided the item is returned within 30 days of purchase in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with tags attached. You are welcome to return for a refund, credit or exchange.

SALE ITEMS

Products on sale or marked as Outlet are only eligible for credit or exchange unless deemed faulty.

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES

International orders may submit a return request through our returns portal but will not be provided with a return shipping label. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the customer’s responsibility. You are welcome to coordinate a return via the courier of your choice. We highly recommend using a trackable delivery method and noting your tracking number.

ITEMS PURCHASED USING A DISCOUNT CODE

Full priced items purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon code or discount applied at checkout - during a site-wide promotion for example - are eligible for a refund, credit, or exchange. Sale items purchased during a promotional sale using a promotional coupon code or discount applied at checkout will fall under our sale items policy, and are only eligible for a credit or exchange unless deemed faulty.  

Returning an order will include a $15 fee which generates your shipping label. Our system provides return labels for Australian orders only.
